Both directions, one screen
Image → PDF collects several photos into a single document. Handy for photographing paperwork you have to submit, or filing a stack of receipts as one file. The order you add them is the page order, and one photo becomes one page.
PDF → Image gives you one JPG per page. Useful for dropping a specific page into a slide deck, or showing the contents somewhere that cannot open a PDF. Several pages come down as a single ZIP.
Your files are never uploaded
This tool does not upload anything. From the moment you pick a file until you save the result, every step runs on your device, inside this browser tab. When the pages are a contract or a scan of your ID, that difference matters.
There is no network request carrying your file, so there is nothing stored and nothing to delete. No account, no sign-in.
How to use it
Pick a direction, add the files, pick a quality level.
- 1Pick a direction"Image → PDF" or "PDF → Image". Switching clears the list, since the two accept different file types.
- 2Add filesTap the + button. Up to 30 images, or 5 PDFs. On desktop you can drag them anywhere onto the page.
- 3Pick quality and saveLow, Medium or High, then Save. Image → PDF gives you one document; PDF → Image gives you a JPG per page, zipped when there is more than one.
The three quality levels
They mean different things per direction. Going to PDF it is the JPEG quality of each page; coming out of a PDF it is how many times larger each page is rendered.

Going to PDF, "High" does not reduce quality at all, so the resulting document is slightly larger than the photos combined. If shrinking is the point, pick Low or Medium.
Worth knowing
- The order you add them is the page order
- Top to bottom in the list becomes page 1, page 2. To reorder, remove with × and add again in the order you want. Picking several files at once usually brings them in by name.
- Page size is image size
- Image → PDF uses each photo's pixel dimensions as the page size. Mix portrait and landscape shots and the pages mix too. Nothing is normalised to A4.
- PDF → Image gives you JPGs
- One JPG per page, named original_01.jpg and so on. More than one page comes down as a ZIP.
- Password-protected PDFs are refused
- A PDF that asks for a password to open is rejected. Save an unlocked copy first.

Yes. iPhone HEIC photos go in and become JPEG inside the PDF.

Every page is exported for now. Take what you need out of the ZIP.
›Why is my PDF bigger than the photos?
"High" keeps the original quality. Pick Low or Medium, or run the result through the PDF compressor.
